KES DENGGI TERUS MENINGKAT, 133 KEMATIAN TAHUN 2010
Jumlah kes denggi di Malaysia tahun ini meningkat daripada 39,597 kes dan 84 kematian pada 2009 kepada 45,037 dan 133 kematian sehingga 17 Disember, kata Timbalan Menteri Kesihatan, Datuk Rosnah Abdul Rashid Shirlin.
Beliau berkata, Selangor mencatatkan jumlah kes tertinggi dengan 15,964 kes dan 44 kematian, diikuti Johor 4,299 kes dan 12 kematian, dan Sarawak dengan 4,174 kes dan 14 kematian.
Katanya, Sabah pula berada dalam tahap sederhana dengan 2,063 kes dan tiga kematian setakat ini.
